About Me
Welcome to my world of eLearning Instructional Design! My diverse background includes positions such as EdTech Educational Consultant, District ELA/Literacy Instructional Specialist/Designer, Literacy Coach, Adjunct Professor, and Literacy Teacher.
My expertise is deeply rooted in applying the ADDIE model and the principles of Pedagogy and Andragogy. I am skilled in synthesizing data and creating engaging, differentiated, multimodal, and gamified instructional strategies. I utilize various tools, including Articulate Rise 360, Genially, AI, PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Draw, to craft dynamic microlearning, and Canvas LMS courses. These courses integrate interactive elements to trigger critical thinking.
My specialty is creating experiential learning journeys and seamlessly integrating scenario-based approaches with assessments. I use comprehensive storyboarding to create immersive learning experiences. As an eLearning Instructional Designer, I am passionate about empowering learners through learning solutions and inspiring them to unlock their full potential.
